Today started off with some of the kids trying to keep up with our marathon runner Evan. They ran about two miles on the beach which really made it difficult!  After that we went to the church to put on VBS and Christine taught the kids that they should “always share Jesus with others!” I really think the kids learned something today and they can use this in their daily lives. After VBS we went to another church for an evening service. The service was incredible because they talked about one of the most important topics in the Bible, what Jesus said on the cross before he was crucified! The pastor really hit some key points like when Jesus said “I thirst”. It wasn’t just a regular thirst but a spiritual one. He thirsted for the love of His Father. I learned all this in the service and I will never forget what it taught me.
